Human Centered Design (HCD) is an approach to problem solving that focuses on understanding the needs, motivations, and aspirations of people to inform the design of potential solutions. With empathy as its organizing principle, the approach provides a structured process for working directly with stakeholders to address demand and/or supply-related challenges associated with the acceptability, responsiveness and quality of services.

Our clients can be private, NGO  across various sectors. So far we partnered with three types of clients; 
1) Those who are familiar with HCD approach and want a local partner. 
2) Those who want to use HCD but don’t have the expertise or experience in utilising the approach.
3) Those who have service or product challenges but are not sure how to approach it. 

Our clients can come to us from various sectors, so far Public health is the most frequent, but we have also worked in social protection, nutrition, and Education. Our team has background in architecture, education, and agriculture.
